What it’s like to work with beth

In our sessions together, we’ll incorporate the best in evidence based practices with the wisdom of faith.

I believe healing and wholeness comes when we balance our mind, body, spirit, and social lives. I offer a welcoming presence and warm environment that creates a safe space to share and find healing. I enjoy incorporating art into therapy for clients who are open to it. My passion is to use the wisdom of my own life experience coupled with professional training to help women explore who they were meant to be. I wish for each woman I work with to take a deep dive into their own identity and discover the wonder of themselves.

When I am not serving clients, you’ll find me traveling or hanging out with my friends and family, including my two adult sons. Whether I’m hiking, riding my bike, on the water, or grooming my horse, I thrive outside in nature. I also enjoy checking out local farmers markets on the weekends. Painting is a passion-particularly landscapes and animals.

My lived experience coupled with personal growth and professional training make me uniquely effective.

  • I’m an entrepreneur who has changed careers to follow my dreams.

  • I’ve raised two amazing men, one of whom is a Soldier.

  • I was a homeschool mom.

  • I’ve suffered decades of chronic pain.

  • I’ve lived through the uncertainty of divorce.
